Tapas Banerjee

Co-founder

Tapas Banerjee combines systems thinking, commercial execution, and technical fluency. A graduate of the University of Manchester in Economics, Data Science, and Finance, he previously worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Antler, leading institutional validation conversations with trading firms and quantitative research teams for a predictive financial exchange. He was also one of the youngest investment associates at AccelerateME, Manchester's largest student run seed fund, evaluating 30+ early stage startups across sectors, and worked on data and operational infrastructure projects at Biocon. A 7x hackathon winner and Bloomberg Trading Challenge regional champion, Tapas has built and scaled startup and media initiatives since the age of 16, including growing student platforms to 7,000+ views and securing £10k+ in sponsored opportunities. He was also selected for the prestigious MIT LaunchX entrepreneurship cohort.

Antonio Aciob

Antonio Aciob is an AI researcher and engineer working to make advanced machine intelligence more interpretable, useful, and deployable. He wrote his first line of code at 11 and has since built systems across machine learning, reinforcement learning, robotics, scientific embeddings, and probabilistic forecasting. A former Google DeepMind Research Intern and incoming Google DeepMind Scholar, Antonio combines research depth with an instinct for turning complex ideas into working systems. His work has been recognised across research showcases, applied AI programmes, and competitive hackathons, reflecting a focus on technical execution, product ambition, and real-world impact.

Arhaan

Arhaan is an AI researcher, builder, and founder with experience at Google DeepMind as an AI Researcher Intern. He later founded Spiker Services, an AI solutions consultancy that generated 6-figure revenue in 6 months, serving clients globally. He has strong end-to-end experience building agentic AI systems for production use cases, combining technical depth with commercial execution. A 10+ time hackathon winner, Arhaan was selected for the xAI Hackathon at xAI's London HQ from 1,000+ applicants, and received special recognition from xAI cofounder Toby Pohlen.
